Where do you get your pumpkins?
We partner with a trusted local vendor to keep everything as close to home as possible. This allows us to support our community and deliver the freshest pumpkins straight from nearby farms.

How many pumpkins are included in each package?
Each package includes a unique number and mix of pumpkins, listed in the package description. Quantities range from about 35 to 85 pumpkins, depending on the size and style you choose.

What colors and varieties of pumpkins do you use?
We use classic orange jack-o-lanterns, white pumpkins, heirloom pumpkins in sage, dusty rose, creamy white, blue and gray, and gourds of all shapes and sizes.

Do the pumpkins last all season?
Our pumpkins are fresh and hand-picked to last as long as possible! Most will hold up beautifully through the entire fall season, especially when kept in cooler, shaded areas and off the ground. That said, because they’re natural, their lifespan can vary depending on the weather and where they’re placed. We recommend avoiding direct sun and checking them occasionally for soft spots. If you ever have an issue, feel free to reach out. We want your porch to look its best all season long!

Are the pumpkins real or artificial?
All of our pumpkins are 100% real and locally sourced! We hand-select them from nearby farms to ensure they're fresh, beautiful, and full of character. No plastic here! Just authentic fall charm straight from the patch.
Setup & Timing

When will my porch be styled?
You’ll choose your preferred week for styling during checkout. We’ll schedule your setup within that window and send you a confirmation so you know when to expect us. Easy, flexible, and right on time for fall!

Do I need to be home during setup?
Nope! As long as we have clear access to your front porch, you don’t need to be home. We’ll take care of everything and make sure your display is beautifully styled and photo-ready.

How long does installation take?
Most porch setups take between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on the package size. We work efficiently to bring the magic without disruption.

Will you remove the pumpkins at the end of the season?
Pumpkin removal is not included by default, but you can add our Pumpkin Pickup Service during checkout for easy cleanup. We’ll come by at the end of the season to collect and compost the pumpkins so you don’t have to lift a finger.

What if it rains the day of my scheduled setup?
We keep an eye on the forecast and may adjust your styling day slightly to avoid heavy rain. A little drizzle is fine (pumpkins love it!), but we want your display to look its best. We’ll stay in touch if any rescheduling is needed.

Do you deliver to my area?
We currently deliver within Kosciusko County. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us. We’re happy to double-check for you!

Is delivery included in the price?
Yes! Local delivery and setup are included in all of our package prices with the exception of the DIY option. No hidden fees. Just pumpkins delivered and styled right to your porch.

What if I live outside your delivery zone?
If you're outside our delivery area, reach out before booking! We may be able to accommodate you for a small travel fee.
DIY & Cleanup

Can I style my own pumpkins?
Yes! If you love a good DIY project, choose our DIY Package option offered in the Mini Porch and Classic Porch package, and we’ll deliver the pumpkins to your porch. You take it from there. It’s the same gorgeous selection, with $75 off for doing the styling yourself. Our larger packages include more complex design elements, so it’s only available with professional styling to ensure the best results.

Do you offer a cleanup or removal service?
We do! Add our Pumpkin Pickup Service at checkout for an easy end-of-season cleanup. We’ll come by to remove your pumpkins, so you don’t have to deal with the mess.

What happens to the pumpkins after the season ends?
Once fall wraps up, most pumpkins can be composted or donated for animal feed. If you book our removal service, we’ll handle that for you, ensuring they’re disposed of responsibly.
Payment & Policies

How do I pay?
Payment is made securely at checkout when you book your package. We accept all major credit and debit cards for a smooth, easy process. If you prefer cash or check, please let us know. We'd be happy to accommodate you.

Is my payment refundable if I cancel?
Because each porch is styled with fresh, locally sourced pumpkins and reserved materials, all sales are final and non-refundable. Our pumpkins are ordered and held just for you once your booking is confirmed. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to supporting a small, seasonal business!

What if I need to reschedule?
No problem! If you need to reschedule, just contact us at least 3 days in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate your new preferred week pending availability.
