2. SERVICES OFFERED

We offer custom, seasonal porch styling services including (but not limited to) pumpkins, gourds, mums, and decorative arrangements. All services are subject to availability and seasonal scheduling.

3. BOOKING & PAYMENT

To secure your porch styling appointment, full payment is required at the time of booking.
All invoices will include a clear description of items and services.

Cancellations:

Because each porch is styled with fresh, locally sourced pumpkins and reserved materials, all sales are final and non-refundable. Our pumpkins are ordered and held just for you once your booking is confirmed. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to supporting a small, seasonal business!

Weather Rescheduling:
In the event of severe weather, we will work with you to reschedule your styling appointment at no additional cost.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Tierney Creative Co.  LLC and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without permission.

Any custom designs created for your porch remain the creative property of Tierney Creative Co. LLC and may be used in promotional photos and marketing materials unless otherwise requested.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not responsible for any damage to property caused by weather, pests, pets, or acts of nature after styling is completed. We do our best to use quality products and install them with care, but cannot guarantee product lifespan once installation is complete.

Boggs Pumpkin & Company is not affiliated with any other business or brand. Our name and services are independently owned and operated by Tierney Creative Co. LLC.
